Anger management techniques

by Lynn WL Do you have an anger management issue? Well, maybe a better question to ask first would be, do you ever get angry? You would likely be lying if you answered no. Anger is a completely normal, healthy human emotion, and a certain amount of it is necessary for our survival. Its a defense mechanism we use when we're attacked so that we can fight and protect ourselves. But like most other things, some people tend to overdo it, and it becomes problematic. When anger gets out of control it becomes destructive and can lead to problems at work or school, in your personal relationships, and above all, it affects the overall quality of your life and of the people around you - those that you actually care about the most.
